ECC is privileged to serve as the charter organization for Boy Scout Troop 442, founded in 2017. Scouts meet weekly at ECC's Life Enrichment Center on Wednesday nights at 7:20 PM
For more than 100 years, scouting has helped boys aged 11-17 years grow into confident young men through guidance from trained, screened, and experienced leaders who act as role models and mentors. Scouts learn to live out the ideals spelled out in the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, the Outdoor Code, the Scout motto, and the Scout slogan, while developing lifelong values and outdoor survival skills. Educational activities and weekly meetings, along with monthly camping adventures, provide opportunities for scouts to have fun, make friends, work to advance in rank and responsibility within the troop, and join in mission service with ECC.
